Yes - I was happily surprised by many lovely images! And I have never seen that collage of the LoTR movie before - it would indeed make a great poster.

Elf-Fiennes stands for Thranduil... (Legolas' father)To my knowledge he has not played an elf, but I already have an icon of him as Mablung of Doriath. So perhaps someone thought he would be good for the upcoming Hobbit, and stuck some ears on him?

Ah, you may be on the case with that! Your Malblung of Doriath icon reminds me of Fiennes as Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights. He and Juliette Binoche starred in a nicely handled version.

Sorry. To my knowledge, a "soul patch" describes the facial hair a man grows only on their chins. Few men can pull it off well, I think. It resembles the facial hair on the men gracing the covers of my philosophy books. Perhaps Rene Descartes did wear one? Maybe he coined the name, and that's his legacy?

Ah - I thought that might be it - seeing as the only man with anything on his face that could be seen was the guy with the goat's beard! :) Well ironically he is supposed to be the aforementioned Mablung of Doriath.. I have no idea who he really is though.

My icon was made by the lovely Binka, who, as you know by now, has some talent for finding gorgeous men for her friends. ;)
