When the Dementors come for him, he starts reliving the worst moments of his life; from his childhood memories, to his Hogwarts escapades, to his time as an Auror, Sirius journeys through the best and the worst parts of his subconscious.
Warnings: LOTS of character death and blood and hurt and such. And a mild slash sex scene. Small deviations from canon in terms of timeline and creating students to fill out Sirius's Hogwarts years.
