gilpin25 asked for Remus/Tonks and cloak. :D Again, this is perhaps not so imaginative a take on the prompts, but I hope you like it anyway, my dear! On a cold night, there is nothing like snuggling up and sharing his comfortable cloak, right?



And if you wonder why it has taken me quite some time to get this out here, I offer the excuse that I have been busy successfully selling myself on the job market, and can now quit my boring job as an accountant and take a step in a new direction in my working life that is imminently more exciting to me! :D

Now! Onto the last two drawbles. I have not forgotten you - rest assured. :D

LOL! I'm pretty distracted myself - it was nice to sit down and draw this tonight.

Basically the new job could be a great way to get into working with the official development aid organisation in Denmark, and quite possibly the Foreign ministry. But! Before I get ahead of myself, it is only a temporary position. However I have been stuck in a rut in accounting which has nothing to do with my master degrees in French and African Studies, whereas the new job will have at least something of both. :D

I was going to ask how someone with degrees in French and African Studies gets into accounting, but then I realised that most of us are in the same boat doing something that has nothing to do with what we went to school for.

Je travaille dans le sport, mais j'ai étudié psychologie et les études classiques à l'université.

Although I do deal with crazy coaches, so I guess it sort of links :)

I got my accountant job through ebol nepotism while I was writing my master thesis and then i sort of just hung around afterwards - too drained by university to do anything about it.

And thank you again! Without getting too specific I'll be in close contact with people working with development aid and international politics. I'm still on a pretty low rung of the ladder (and don't much care either way) but it is the right ladder and that's what matters. ;D

Yay! for squeeeees! I'm really happy you like it - these were the poses I arrived at after a whole long series of doodles. :D I liked how close they are in it. And I made sure to have dishevelled hair and fringe in the eyes just for you - I know how you like it. (though how I know is a mystery - you keep very quiet about it ;))

Oh, that's absolutely lovely! I usually maintain that I'm firmly Remus/Sirius, but I've always secretly thought that Remus/Tonks is pretty adorable... they're fun to write, anyway. And your picture certainly does them justice. Beautiful. Do you mind if I friend you? :)
