For duck_or_rabbitwho requested Harry Potter fandom, Sirius and Rosmerta with the prompt sheet. :D I had all sorts of thoughts to tease you by doing something not even remotely sexy despite your prompt. But what can you do when all your Sirius muse wants to do is take of his clothes, and Rosmerta is smiling encouragingly at him? I hope this will do!

First attempt ever at Rosmerta, and I have always seen her as blond, but I never checked the books, so I'm not sure. I did want her to look a little older than this, but I really must pack now and I have to let this go... :D

As near as I remember, she's blonde in the books as well, and more than a bit, um... womanly, in build.

Yeah the curves I remembered and Ron's fascination.. ;) I'm glad it doesn't seem far off. She is maybe a little less womanly here, but she is also younger than in the books. :D

Ok. This was me:

"Oh! Oh! Strut Sirius!" *claps like a seal*

"Take it off (but find hims strangely sexy partially undressed...)" *enlarges pic*

"OH!!" *blushes furiously* "He really is UNDRESSING" *stares at pelvis*

*stares at pelvis some more*

*stares at highlights in hair*

I LOVE this because it is like a little clip from a film, and I get to see both characters' reaction to the same event without them together, which is how I see what I write so the visual here is designed perfectly for my brain.

And yes, Rosmerta is my Rosmerta here. Her arm muscles are just right to wrestle Sirius. And in my mind, she's dark blond with waves. Totally wanted her wrapped in the sheet, you mind reader.)

Guh, this is such a sexy scene. There's so much energy and momentum here. You've practically written the prose for me, you know.

EDIT: Sirius is such a badass that he doesn't even close the door when he walks in....lol...

Yay! I'm so happy you like it!! :D And I LOL'ed at your description of your reaction. *Sirius just lifts an eyebrow and says: "I told you so!"* Apparently he knows his bard well ;))And he is a badass - a very naughty one too!

I really like doing these changes in POV in my drawings, so I'm pleased you think they work and even happier that they fit how you see the scenes yourself. And it means a lot that there is prose here without any words - that makes my day!

Rosmerta must be strong carrying around all those orders all day - she will totally give Sirius a run for his money. ;)

I would love to! Only it has to wait a bit because I have a very aggressive virus on my laptop at the moment, and it doesn't allow me to do very much (not even deleting it! which is a pain in the butt). I'm hoping to download some programs to destroy it here from work, but I'm not sure how that will work out. grrrrrrr!

Btw and completely unrelated: I remember you mentioned that you would stop being a vegetarian. How did that work out? Should I clean out the meat from my fridge before you come? ;)

It's always gratifying when I can depict motion in a static medium. :D Sirius to me is such a passionate creature and unconsciously graceful, and Rosmerta, as written by duck_or_rabbit in her wonderful story about the Black brothers, is a perfect counterpoint to him developing a too high opinion of himself. ;) And appreciating him at the same time. :D

This just sizzles! Sirius looks so intent, lol; I can guess what's been on his mind all day. And Rosmerta looks kind of coy and expectant at the same time. The eyes of both characters are totally arresting and attention-grabbing.

Oh thank you! Sirius can indeed be very intent... ;) There was no way he was going to stand all dressed in that doorway. LOL

I like to think Rosmerta is a woman who can handle Sirius when he is too full of himself, and also one to be able to take advantage of what he offers. :D

I'm happy that the eyes grab your attention - that is always vital.

OK, will try to be coherent. ;) I really like this. What strikes me is the connection between the two characters even though they are in two separate panels; it's all in the eyes. I adore her hair, and the expression on her face - amused and longing all at once. And of course his hips (rawr) and the way his body language claims the space, and the flirtation on his face. I think Rosmerta is one of the most interesting stand-alone pieces you've done, and I can't quite figure out why. She just pops to me. I think it's because you've given such weight to her face/expression in your pencil lines, and triangle of the darker blanket seems to point upward towards her face. Lovely composition and a beautiful character. Thanks for posting this. I really adore it. :D

Wow thank you so much!! :D I'm so happy you see the connection between them. I think they are a couple who would have fun with their sexuality, and we know that Sirius is sure of himself. (and sexy!!!);)

Rosmerta was very interesting to draw, seeing as I have never drawn her before, and I'm really happy you think I pulled off something good here. The eyes were the connecting pieces between the two drawings, but it's wonderful to know that they also enhances the individual frame.

This is so engaging - and sexy. I love the determination in Sirius gait (it also helps that we can see his hips). He really owns the space and its easy to see why when Rosmerta is so coy and flirty. Using two panels was such a great approach to the prompt and really let us see everything perfectly. This was so perfect for a Wednesday afternoon!
